Description
As a foreign born and trained attorney, I have had the great privilege to grow and develop professionally at Maine Law School. I come from Iraq, a country that is also known as Mesopotamia - "the Cradle of Civilization." My goal is to benefit from the progressive American jurisprudence I have been learning here to improve the legal system in Iraq, especially as it applies to civil liberties, women's rights, and human rights in Iraq's diverse society.
