Recent studies have identified a direct correlation between implicit bias and preschool suspensions and expulsions. This infograpic seeks to educate people about the roles implicit bias plays in the education system, and how the earliest injustices set children on a course to incarceration and disenfranchisement. It also seeks to suggest potential solutions initiated by colleges and programs about cultural competency and diversity inclusion.
